i stayed for two nights during a city break. the staff was friendly, and spoke good english. the room was on the seventh floor and featured a large bath. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept well on the side of the hotel away from the main road.

i found that the room cleaning was inconsistent. also, the breakfast was just average. these are minor issues though.

the room was super spacious and modern! i loved the great bed and found everything very clean. we were two couples and felt very satisfied with our stay..

the minibar was charged after check-out even though i didn't use it! the breakfast also felt basic for a four-star place.

the location was excellent (i found it very central). a metro station was just outside, and it was only a short walk to the main pedestrian street, vitosha blvd.
